We're back.

You all probably know the server was down for the whole day yesterday.
This was because Kevin went on a baby fit and deleted the server files off the VPS.
Little did he know I had a backup file, so we are back online, and there were NO RESETS.

And just to let you know, we were banned from the rune-locus toplist.
We weren't deleted, we just can't get any more votes.

To answer some questions-

Question:Will I still run the server?
Answer: Well, I have thought long and hard about this, and I have chosen yes. I will upgrade to a better vps, because I am rarely on due to me being with my friends most of the time. But I will have an auto-restart for about every hour and a half on the VPS, so the server runs smoothly.

Question: Is Kevin still involved in the community?

Answer- Of course not, we do not need to put up with his baby fits any more.

Question: Did Kevin really code everything in the server?

Answer- OF COURSE NOT. He only added some new models in the client, and fixed the statius warhammer, and vesta longsword. Everything else was coded or fixed by me.

Question: Will the server ever go down like that again?

Answer- Most likely no. Everything is straightened out now, so it's all good.

And to clear up some more things, NO OUR STAFF IS NOT FILLED YET.

Stop and Think

I am beginning to learn that too many players depend on the staff, and those who are independent break the so called player made 'rules'. Because of that, I will now stop monitoring problems in-game. The server isn't perfect, and never will be, but I believe the community can be just as good as any other server out there. If you don't understand, here's an example:

A respected player dies by a fcer
Most likely I'd be favoring the respected player's side and they know that

So, whatever happens to the server, happens. There will no longer be any bans unless you submit it at the forums.

Well, recently tragedy has struck in my life. My girlfriends baby cousin, Zachary, recently died of this rare disease called SIDS. This stands for "Sudden Infant Death Syndrome". The baby dies in his/her sleep, for no apparent reason. So I will be away for a few days to get my thoughts straight, and spend time with those who I really care about, especially my girlfriend.

I'm not the person who cries a lot, but I cry every time I think or see pictures of him.
